Please read before booking. By booking a trip or session with Tailwater Fly Co. LLC, you agree to the following.
Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
Fly fishing involves inherent risks, including slips, falls, weather exposure, and water-related hazards. By booking, participants acknowledge these risks and voluntarily assume all of them. Tailwater Fly Co. LLC disclaims responsibility for injuries, losses, or property damage arising from participation.
Privacy Policy
We collect personal information — such as your name, contact details, and payment information — solely for scheduling, communication, and payment processing. We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data is stored securely and used only to provide the services you request.
Terms & Conditions
Booking. Please provide accurate information at the time of booking. Participants are expected to follow all safety guidelines provided before and during a session.
Payment & cancellations. Full payment is due at booking unless otherwise stated. Cancellations made 30 or more days before the trip receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the trip are non-refundable. Weather cancellations by Tailwater Fly Co. are refunded or rescheduled at no cost.
Emergencies. We understand that emergencies happen. If something unexpected takes place — a serious illness or injury, a family emergency, or a comparable event outside your control — that prevents you from making your trip, contact us as soon as possible and we will offer a full refund or a reschedule at no penalty. These situations are reviewed individually and handled at Tailwater Fly Co.'s discretion; routine schedule conflicts and changes of plans remain subject to the standard cancellation terms above.
Company discretion. Tailwater Fly Co. may reschedule or cancel a session due to unsafe weather or other unforeseen circumstances. In those cases, you will be refunded or rescheduled at no additional cost.
Intellectual property. All instructional content, photos, and videos created by Tailwater Fly Co. remain the property of the company and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
