How Rentals Work

Pickup & return

At our Sedona location, at the times you choose when you book. Bring a photo ID and the card you paid with. Your rental day starts at pickup — a 1-day rental runs 24 hours from whenever you pick up, so a 2 PM pickup returns by 2 PM the next day.

Card on file

A credit card is required and kept on file for the length of your rental. It's only ever charged again if equipment comes back damaged or missing, up to its replacement value — nothing extra is held or charged up front.
